Reflections from Our First Internal Training Day

Today, the MicroTex team came together for our first internal training day — a focused session designed to align our scientific, regulatory, clinical, and patient partnership perspectives.

The programme covered the foundations of microdosing and medical device development, alongside regulatory frameworks, translational and clinical research pathways, and the role of Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE).

Transforming how therapeutics for infection and inflammation are evaluated requires more than technical innovation. It requires early integration of quality systems, regulatory thinking, clinical feasibility, and patient partnership. Embedding these perspectives from the outset is central to MicroTex’s approach.
